![]() If 20XX is disobeying your firewall for challenge seed data, that's on Steam's end, not ours - all of that's handled via Steamworks. Hey! Just clarifying here - are you referring to the balance metrics patch we introduced awhile ago as "spyware"? That data's never seen by anybody but me, and you can turn it off in the options. It was a mistake to keep it installed after the spyware update anyway. How long will it be until 20XX's EULA changes to openly allow our data to be sent to the Chinese government? Regardless, I won't be playing 20XX again or anything else made by this studio. It's a shame I'm so far past the refund time limit. ![]() I haven't given 20XX the firewall exception it should need to bypass my computer's security anyway, but it still pipes the data required for speedruns back and forth. Given that historically none of these "off switch" options do anything useful, that's a serious problem. Now it's connecting to the Epic Games servers for multiplayer matchmaking.
